I’m currently a machine learning engineer at IEX, the home of the Flash Boy’s exchange.

Previously, I co-founded a company where I built deep learning systems to expand access to quantitative investment management. Think GPT-3 for portfolio management.

Prior to these adventures, I spent my post-graduate time building data and digital products for financial services clients while a part of IBM Watson’s Digital Strategy Group.

Scattered throughout, I’ve built data science tools for hedge funds (Two Sigma), machine learning architecture for health tech startups (CityBlock), and debugged AI specific supercomputers for bio-tech companies (Recursion).

I started my journey in the Army Special Forces, “The Green Berets”, as a technical lead focused on cyber security and tactical operations.
